RAVI Red Wine Refresher. The RAVI Red Wine Refresher will cool an entire bottle of wine instantly, efficiently and effectively! No other wine chiller on the market can chill your favorite red wine from room temperature (72 degreesF/21 degreesC) to the perfect drinking temperature (60 degreesF/12 degreesC) as quickly as the RAVI can. With its unique and patented CHILL-CORE method, the RAVI Red Wine Refresher eliminates the need for pre-chilling. Why wait for wine to cool in your refrigerator when you can chill a single bottle instantly? RAVI must be placed in the freezer for 6 hours prior to use. Once you remove it from the freezer, assemble RAVI's two components and place the device on the neck of your wine bottle. Place your thumb on the air-intake valve and tip the bottle sharply; once it's in the serving position, remove your thumb to let the wine flow! The shell works like a thermos, keeping the inside of the Ravi frozen. When serving the first glass of red wine, pour the wine without slowing the flow. For the second glass, slow the flow slightly by placing your thumb on the air intake. For the third, slow the flow a little more, and so on. With repeated use (several glasses), the inside of the tube is warmed by the flow of the wine, so you must slow the flow to ensure sufficient cooling.
