7/16" x 7/8" duckbill hooks are drop forged with the bills ground to a fine point. Clasps and extension toe rings are ductile iron castings for long lasting service. Handles are White Mountain Hickory or Rock Maple Hardwoods, air dried to 18 percent moisture content, then precisioned cut to an exact fit. Heads are painted; handles are clear lacquered finished.
